Jeremy brings more than twenty years of progressive, global treasury experience across multiple industries and geographies. He is the principal of Progression Services, where he advises organizations as an independent treasury consultant. In this role, he leverages his deep expertise to help companies strengthen treasury’s position as a critical and strategic partner in financial decision-making.

 

Most recently, Jeremy served as Vice President and Global Treasurer for Varel Energy Solutions. He also held treasury and finance leadership roles with globally recognized organizations, including Air Liquide in the United States and Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia. Throughout his career, Jeremy has demonstrated a consistent ability to design and implement scalable, transparent, and efficient financial and operational structures that enhance organizational effectiveness, promote global collaboration, and drive measurable results.

 

Jeremy’s mission is to help organizations recognize and unlock the untapped strategic value of the treasury function—broadening its role beyond liquidity and cash management to one that contributes meaningfully to enterprise-wide financial awareness and long-term success.

 

He has also been an active leader in the professional treasury community. Jeremy is the recent past President of the Houston Treasury Management Association, one of the oldest treasury associations in the United States. He is a frequent speaker and moderator at prominent industry conferences, including EuroFinance events as well as TEXPO, the premier regional treasury and finance conference in Texas.

 

A native Houstonian, Jeremy has cultivated a strong global network and an international perspective as a true world citizen. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Houston and continues to build a track record of advancing efficiency, effectiveness, and internal collaboration for the organizations and professionals he serves.
